I’ve managed to help out people who have had old injuries from previous sporting backgrounds and people who have just sustained an injury from day to day activities. Some of my clients have included people with shoulder and knee problems. For example, one of my clients who required some knee rehabilitation came to me seeking advice and knowledge about how he could improve his strength and trust in his knee. Over a number of weeks we managed to improve the strength in the muscles surrounding knee joint and helped to improve his balance a great deal. It is a long road to regain balance and strength prior to an injury but over time we have managed to make vast improvements from when we started.
