It's 100% not true that by lifting weights you're going to look big and bulky with massive biceps and bulky quads. In actual fact, by lifting weights you're going to be burning fat and making your muscles more toned. Isn't that what we all want- a nice toned body?

Muscle weighs more than fat, so by training and getting your muscles toned you're going to be burning more fat and more calories and at a faster rate. Lifting weights doesn't mean that you're going to become a muscly woman that has bigger biceps than half the men in the gym, but you will become more toned and burn more calories.
