Why Use Close Stance Leg Press
With this exercise it is slightly different to the standard leg press where your feet are shoulder width apart. For this specific exercise your feet are as narrow as possible but without touching one and other. By having a narrow stance it’s placing more of the tension through the abductors (the outer thigh).
When pushing away, aim to press through the side of your foot but keeping the feet flat. Also when pushing away try not to let your knees flair out, but keep your ankles and knees in one straight line.
