I am a qualified and experienced personal trainer who places an emphasis on making fitness fun.

I am a fun, reliable and motivated trainer who is driven to help everyone achieve their personal goals. From being sporty and active since a young age I've always enjoyed keeping fit and have picked up valuable knowledge and tips that I use in my training sessions to help people achieve success no matter what their fitness goals may be. I have extensive experience of training a wide range of abilites from complete beginners through to those who have just lost their way, and can work with people from all walks of life.

What I Do

If you’re not interested in using the same machines in the gym and doing the same as everyone else, myself I can offer a wide variety of different training exercises which will not only challenge you physically but will also find a lot more enjoyable to take part in. After all; why do something if you don’t enjoy it. I aim to make every session enjoyable so you are more likely stick to the training and achieve your goal.

Along with all the options in personal training , you will receive my full support via text, email and phone calls through the entirety of our journey. I will also advise you and give strong support into any dietary requirements and show you where we can try and help you achieve your goal.

 

what i offer

Personal training sessions

I provide individual personal training sessions which you can participate in. You will receive a set program to complete at home, outside or in the gym to help suit your specific goal whether it may be for weight loss or weight gain (hypertrophy).eros.

Small group sessions.

If single sessions aren’t your thing then I am able to offer small group sessions. You will receive the same offer as the single sessions with myself- a program to complete along side myself in the gym, at home or outside.

Sports specific training.

Sports specific training is something I can offer as well. Sports ranging from football to tennis, a tailor made program can be designed and delivered to yourself to help suite your needs.
